Exhibition Opening Vittorio Vettori - Florence, Jan. 9 at 11
the National Library in Florence, Piazza Cavalry, Saturday, January 11, 2010 was inaugurated the exhibition "The city's literary Vittorio Vettori "which will remain open until 15 February.
Silvia Alessandri of the National Library of Florence opened the proceedings on behalf of the Director Antonia Ida Fontana. Ruth Cardenas
Vettori (http://ruthcardenas.blogpspot.com) outlined the objectives of the exhibition, which is the theme of other events designed and manufactured in memory of Vittorio Vettori (which has "apparently" left in 2004). Vittorio Vettori to keep the memory, the memory and contributions of his thought and his production in this "city of knowledge" that Ruth has lovingly and carefully articulated in various forms (Tuesday, January 12 (the exhibition of sculpture by Amalia Ciardi Dupré) Friday, January 15 (the presentation of the book anthology of Vittorio Vettori "Civilization literary culture and philosophy"), Tuesday, Jan. 20 (Inauguration of photo exhibition of Vanni and Benedetta Vannucci Goi, Sunday, January 31 (Concert flamenco music), Thursday 4:11 February (interactive lectures for high schools of literary texts of Vittorio Vettori), Wednesday 10 (lecture-concert by singing and reciting voice), Saturday, Feb. 13 (fashion show inspired by literary works Vittoio Vettori). Vittorio Vettori was not close to a "usual bio-bibliographical exhibition", and then Ruth Cardenas, with his usual flair and enthusiasm, has been able to organize and design a creative way to celebrate the thought of Vittorio Vettori.
The "city of literature" is open to all Florentines (and not only that, but especially those who love art and culture and appreciate a path of "intelligent and open" participation in the mosaic of differences and diversity.
The message boards (on the ground floor and first floor of the Biblioteca Nazionale Centrale di Firenze) are the author's rich literary production and documentation of thoughts, ideas and images that give the visitor an insight into his production and his emotions.
