my Lady! - (Re) creation of mothers is a trade show with the participation of creative women who are professionally "reinvented" after the birth of a child.
Some were removed from the world of work as no more interesting from the point of view of production, others have done by choice in order to better devote to family, to be near their children realizing the dream of turning their passions a new career choice.
Here some stories: Anne was the psychology of work, today manufactures decorations for ladies, Michael was art buyers, today makes clothes for children, Silvia was used, now interprets and transforms the carded wool, Paola was an actress, now makes clothes Fashion inspired by the world of fairy tales.
Sixteen women, each with its own history. The desire to get back on their game and grow both as women and as mothers is also apparent from the objects they produce. These objects have a strong personality and a particular style, are designed and developed (perhaps between a jelly and the other?) With a special sensitivity, the fruit of motherhood that in some cases gives energy and courage act not only to create but to recreate themselves. Ideas for kids, decorations for sciuri, clothes from the world of fairy tales and tailoring, convoluted wool, jewelry, porcelain and slightly warm felt hats decorated, processed and interpreted. All made by new women, who have "reinvented" to following the birth of their child, making it compatible to be a mother and being "credit-active. Women who could be described as "anything but desperate housewives." The stories of these women prove that motherhood puts into motion a spirit of survival, not only physical but also mental, which allows you to develop a new personal and professional satisfaction.

Saturday, October 16, at 20, screening of the documentary "The rooms of women" by Silvia Savorelli: 27 minutes given to four women who work from home, have built the laboratory and study within their home home . These are the new self-employed, flexible, homeworkers no longer the manufacturing industry. The room comes to homes, work in the room and record their daily work. They are women who spend a lot of energy and creativity in managing the time divided between business calls and preparation of meals, including the expiration of a project that forces you to work at night and afraid to interrupt sleep common law partner, also in trouble when work invades domestic spaces like the bedroom. Working outside the rooms, life goes on and archival images of other women, who in the sixties conquered the independence and freedom through work, are a counterpoint to this story on a choral different and little known world of work.

This initiative, which is part of the "emergency exit from markets serial" produced by Michael Muroni, aims to organize markets and sales of quality, handmade, with creativity, ingenuity and originality.
