For those unfamiliar with the manner in which a certain secret organization would seem to sign his crimes, according to the studies of some people, this article does not mean anything, but those who have read studies cited knows that the signature RosaRossa , could be the name chosen deliberately to leave a message encrypted.
Unless it is a strange coincidence, it is easy to think that Yara has been used in a grisly satanic ritual murder, as once they kill the victims of human sacrifice, and how now they kill the persons who are explanted bodies (think about it, the Aztec priests and modern surgeons extracted hearts from living people and thus end the life of the people to sacrifice).
